Enclosed are the following documents for review. <br /> 1) Grading and Erosion C ntrol Plan; <br /> 2) Universal Soil Loss Eq tion(USLE)worksheets; <br /> 3) Ditch Velocity Calcula ions; <br /> 4) WDOT Erosion Mat C lculations; <br /> 5) Cost Estimate; <br /> 6) Dane County Erosion Control and Stormwater Management Applications, <br /> Checklists, &Fees; <br /> The erosion control measures and storm water management system for the proposed <br /> redevelopment will meet the following performance standards as defined in the Dane County <br /> Ordinance as follows: <br /> Erosion Control <br /> The proposed construction shall inclu a erosion control measures to prevent gully and bank <br /> erosion and limit total off-site erosion less than 7.5 tons per acre per year. <br /> All runoff during construction shall be • ected to flow through erosion control measures as <br /> shown on the Grading&Erosion Contr 1 Plan. The USLE worksheets indicate soil loss will be <br /> less than 7.5 tons per acre per year. <br /> II <br /> Sediment Control <br /> For redevelopment resulting in expose surface parking lots and associated traffic areas, the <br /> applicant shall design the storm water anagement measures to retain soil particles greater <br /> than 20 microns on the entire site(40° reduction) resulting from a one-year 24-hour storm <br /> event, according to approved procedur s,and assuming no sediment resuspension. <br /> The proposed redevelopment consists o a building that will produce"clean"runoff.
