Monument top was in good condition and was undisturbed. Evidence for <br /> acceptance of position is the pervious tie sheet of record by Glen L Northrop dated August 6, <br /> 1980 from which all 2" concrete filled pipes sat in 1980 as witness ties were recovered and <br /> remeasured and found to be the same. <br /> (j) I, Kristin J.
