U.S. PUBLIC LAND SURVEY MONUMENT RECORD <br /> JEFFERSON CO. <br /> CORNER NO. 9793 <br /> (a) Identify the corner by reference to the T8 N 1 6 T8 N <br /> U.S. Public Land Survey System R 12 E 0 R 13 E <br /> NW CORNER SECTION 7, T8N, ,NE CORNER SECTION 12, T8N,RR 2E,JDANERCO.N C0 DANE 1 2 7 JEFFERSON <br /> DATE OF SURVEY: APRIL 23, 2014 COUNTY COUNTY <br /> T8N <br /> (b) Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, occupational evidence, testimonial evidence or any other material evidence <br /> you considered, and weather the monument was found or placed. <br /> * Information copied from previous tie sheet dated 3/7/1985, rev. 1994 & 1196, prepared by Thomas Wollin, <br /> Jefferson County Surveyor. <br /> *1. Original Survey, 1834-37, Wood post & bearing trees. <br /> *2. 1850's RR R.O.W. plat shows distance of 1080' between center of track and section corner. <br /> *3. No subsequent perpetuation of the corner was found in records. <br /> *4. 8/15/1973. Found a RR spike at the occupation corner: road centerline in road cut and in line with N—S <br /> fence line. Distance to the RR track fit well with the position of the RR spike. Replaced the RR spike with <br /> an aluminum monument. <br /> *5. 1994, G.P.S. coordinates assigned by Ayers & Associates., Madison, WI (see previous tie sheet for coord.) <br /> *6. 9/30/1996 Replaced deteriorating aluminum monument with a bronze cap/plastic monument. <br /> 7. I found what appears to me to be an aluminum monument at this corner in good condition. It may be <br /> bronze. I accepted its location as the corner and set four witness monuments as shown below. <br /> (c) In the plan view below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments. (Witness monuments shall be made of <br /> concrete, material stone, iron or other equally durable material.) Describe witness monuments. <br /> (d) Show a plan view drawing <br /> depicting the relevant BRUSH <br /> monuments and reference ties +, ���� = <br /> �'.
