EFFECTIVE: APRIL 14, 2015 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10774 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Bristol Location: Section 22 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> B-1 to C-1 <br /> Part of the SE Y4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 22, T9N, R11 E, in the Town of Bristol, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said SE 1/4 SE A; thence <br /> running West on the North line thereof 165 feet; thence South 132 feet; thence East parallel <br /> with said North line to the East line of said Section 22, thence North on said East line 132 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> B-1 and A-1 EX to C-1 <br /> Part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, T9N, R11E, in the Town of Bristol, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said <br /> Section 22; thence N00°55'33"W (recorded as N00°06'06"W), 1017.97 feet along the East line <br /> of said 1/4-1/4 of Section 22 to the point of beginning; thence N89°47'43"W, 215.00 feet; <br /> thence N00°55'33"W, 303.95 feet to a point on the North line of said 1/4-1/4 of Section 22; <br /> thence S89°47'56"E, 50.00 feet along said North line; thence S00°55'37"E, 132.00 feet; thence <br /> S89°47'43"E, 165.00 feet to a point on afore mentioned East line; thence S00°55'33"E <br /> (recorded as 500°06'06"E), 171.95 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 43,560 Sq. Feet or <br /> 1.00 Acres. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following <br /> conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the <br /> owner or owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br /> 1.
