The CUP #1542 expired on 4/13/2014. All operations must cease and a <br /> new application for a conditional use permit will be required to continue operations in the future. <br /> The application for a conditional use permit will need to be submitted to the Town of Springdale <br /> and to the Dane County Zoning Division. <br /> Applications for mineral extraction operations require a description of the operation, a site plan <br /> and a reclamation plan and are otherwise subject to s. 10.191. Attached are the submittal <br /> requirements below. <br /> If mineral extraction operations are no longer desired on this site,then reclamation shall be <br /> completed within one year after the expiration date. That date is April 13,2015 as per condition <br /> # 7 of the CUP.
