CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OF PETITION #10682 1. Recording of a Certified Survey Map with Dane County Register of Deeds Office. 2. A deed restriction shall be placed on Lots 1 through 3 to prohibit further residential development or divisions of the property. 3.
