Norb was our former Land Division <br /> review officer. <br /> The letter, I believe is written in error. I have spent the last two hours <br /> going over all the recorded documents (twice) and this 3.3 acre parcel <br /> was actually created in June 1977, under document#1521493. The <br /> transaction was by Eleanor Marty to Larry (Lawrence) Cadman. <br /> The Dane County Land Division regulations required a Certified <br /> Survey Map for parcels that were created that were less than 5 acres, <br /> this was effective as of May 1, 1970. I did find a Land Contract <br /> document that transferred lands form Henry and Ruth Marty to John <br /> and Ruth Jordan back in 1965, but that was for the entire farm which <br /> was,located in sections 28 and 29. This transaction actually <br /> describes whole 1/4 1/4's.
