It seems totally unreasonable. I believe there is an <br /> ethical issue with the County. When Brendan bought the <br /> land, he was told by the County that it was a "Build-able" <br /> lot for a residential home, therefore went through with <br /> the sale for the land. Brendan even received a letter <br /> from Norb Schribner, the former Land Division Review <br /> Officer, stating it was ok to build. Sometime after <br /> Brendan bought the land, it was determined that the <br /> letter from Norb was in error. Now Brendan is expected <br /> to pay for his mistake??? This is not right. <br /> Please review the situation and get back to me as soon as <br /> possible.
