My name is Kathy Zastrow and I am a Realtor with Keller <br /> Williams for Brendan and Nancy Connelly. <br /> I sold their home in Fitchburg as they have recently <br /> moved to Florida for a job. <br /> They also own a lot in Blue Mounds that they need to sell. <br /> They want it rezoned from A-1Ex Exclusive Ag to RH-1 <br /> Rural Home (Residential). I will be representing them in <br /> the process. I have been to the Zoning Dept at the City <br /> County Building, have spoken to Pat Klinkner and Daniel <br /> Everson. They have reviewed it and said it was indeed a <br /> build-able lot. So we have filed the Zoning Change <br /> Application and have paid the $486. Pat gave me copy of <br /> the Permit so I'm attaching it for you. <br /> I know the first review is on July 28th at 7:00 at the <br /> Public Hearing. Is it necessary for someone to be there <br /> to represent this? <br /> Thank you for your time and advice.
