EFFECTIVE DATE: FEB. 11, 2015 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10658 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Cross Plains Location: Section 25 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX to RH-1 and TDR-R <br /> Part of The Northwest 1/4 of The Northwest 1/4 of Section 25, T7N, R7E, Town of Cross <br /> Plains, Dane County, Wisconsin being more fully described as follows: Commencing at <br /> the North 1/4 corner of said Section 25; thence N88°54'54"W 1477.35 feet along the <br /> North line of said Northwest 1/4 and the point of beginning; thence S00°42'08"W <br /> 290.27 feet; thence S88°54'54"E 150.00 feet to a point on the East line of said 1/4, 1/4; <br /> thence S00°42'08"W 289.51 feet along said East; thence S58°31'47"W 462.18 feet; <br /> thence S81°27'17"W 480.91 feet; thence N65°38'01"W 137.71 feet; thence N00°42'08"E <br /> 311.20 feet; thence N68°12'46"E 769.88 feet; thence N34°27'27"E 116.40 feet; thence <br /> N00°42'08"E 146.85 feet to a point on North line of said Northwest 1/4; thence <br /> S88°54'54"E 66.00 feet along said North line to the point of beginning. Subject to a public road right-of-way for Mineral Point <br /> Road/County Trunk Highway 'S'. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> 1 . The applicant shall be required to record a Certified Survey Map and shared <br /> driveway easement agreement in compliance with all applicable provisions of <br /> chapter 75. <br /> 2. A Conservation Easement prohibiting residential development shall be <br /> recorded on the sending area farms identifying the transfer of development <br /> rights (tax parcels: 0707-262-9560-1; 0707-262-8060-8; 0707-262-9500-3; <br /> 0707-262-8000-0). <br />
