Trash Removal: Dumpster on premises and trash to be removed weekly <br /> ITEM 5: Six Standards of Conditional Use Permit <br /> 1. The establishment, maintenance or operation of the conditional use will not be <br /> detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, comfort or general welfare. <br /> I believe this to be true. The future use of the property as a daycare center is <br /> consistent with the past and present use of this property as a daycare center. The <br /> property has been used as such since approximately 2004. The purpose of the <br /> proposed use is to provide a safe place for children to be while their parents are at <br /> work. Such an endeavor furthers the safety, comfort, and general welfare of the <br /> community's children. <br /> 2. The uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for <br /> purposes already permitted shall be in foreseeable manner substantially impaired <br /> or diminished by establishment, maintenance or operation of the conditional use. <br />
