eBARTLETT ENGINEERING LETTER OF TRANSMITTAL I ' To: Sarah Sauer- Zoning Inspector From: Lee Bartlett Telephone (608-576-2041) Fax (608-271-1239) Date: August 18, 2015 Subject: Zoning Permit Application Hello Sarah, On behalf of Joe Ripp, Bartlett Engineering, LLC is submitting a Zoning Permit Application for the construction of a "Freestall" building used to house heifers. Attached is a signed permit application along with varies documents, sketches, and a copy of the building plans. Below is a summary of the attachments as they relate to the "Customer To Proved" portion of the application. These follow the same order as the checklist: Zoning Status -Attachment 1 Indicates the Zoning status as A-1(EX). Site Plan -Attachment 2 shows a site plan drawn to scale with dimensions. Well/Septic Plan -There is no well or septic included with this. Setbacks-Attachment 3 shows the setbacks from property lines. The closest setback is approximately 1,160 ft. to the west. The farm is approximately 320 acres in size. Setbacks- Based on the counties Dcimap system, Attachment 4 shows the setback from the nearest waterway which is an unnamed stream approximately 986 feet to the east. There are no wetlands lakes or ponds, floodplains, etc. on or near the project site. Township Approval -The Town of Vienna did approve the project, and issued a permit #71861. It is on display at the project site. Floor Plans- A set of floor (building) plans from Morton Builders is attached. Elevation Of Property- Building elevations are on the building plans. Driveway Permits - No driveway permits are required for this project. Sanitary Permits- No sanitary permits are required for this project.
