Paulson have approved the house plan for Lot 56 Drumlin <br /> Creek,Town of Bristol pending the following changes stated below**. The homeowner/ <br /> builder has permission to build the home pending they meet all State, County&Town <br /> rules®ulations and follow all other deed restrictions&covenants. Homeowners/ <br /> builder are also aware they must use architectural (3-D) shingles,8" fascia and may <br /> need to adjust driveway for second coat of blacktop on road. Please also be sure <br /> that contractors do not drive on neighboring homesites (especially septic sites and <br /> disturb ditches).
