Deed restrict the C-2 property limiting ses exclusively to the following: <br /> • Self service laundries and dry cl,aning establishments. <br /> • Warehousing and storage incid,ntal to a permitted use on the premises. <br /> • Medical, dental and veterinary 'linics. <br /> • Banks,offices,office buildings and condominium office buildings. <br /> • Utility services. <br /> • Bakeries,printing plants, laund 'es. <br /> • Distribution centers and wholes le businesses. <br /> • Woodworking shops,machine 'hops, manufacturing and assembly plants. <br /> • Bicycle sales and service. <br /> • Rental businesses,except for mo or vehicles and construction machinery and equipment. <br /> • Sales and repair of lawn and g. •en equipment. <br /> • Major repairs to motor vehicles. <br /> • Sales of new and used recreatio al equipment, rental, sales and service. <br /> • Sales of new and used contracto 's machinery and equipment. <br /> • Repairs, storage and service of contractor's machinery and equipment. <br /> • Sales and storage of lumber and building material, <br /> • Warehouses <br /> • Mini-warehouses <br /> 2. Deed restriction requiring that all outsi•e storage of materials shall be screened through appropriate <br /> fencing or landscaping. No overnight 'utside parking of trucks or equipment shall be permitted <br /> unless the parking area is screened. <br /> 3. Deed restrict the C-2 property prohibitin: anhydrous ammonia tanks. <br /> 4. Deed restriction that no lot may have more than fifty percent(50%)of its area in building coverage. <br /> Said restriction(s)shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board(s)as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the r:.triction(s)will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> A copy of the recorded documen shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> RECORDING OF AN PPROVED PLAT RE• UIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a plat will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective,i within one year of its approval by Dane County.a plat that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the o ice of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record <br /> the plat will cause this amendment to be null and oid. A copy of the recorded plat shall be submitted to <br /> Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this mendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the <br /> provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(I)(a),(b),(c). <br />
