This is a found perpetuated monument.Witness ties recovered from previous records by Alster/City(1960 rev. 1976), Sarko (1980) and Sandsnes (2007)affirm current meander corner sP , t monument position.The Alster 1960 record states that the meander corner is located on the 4 o4`` north-south section line,410.00 feet south of the true corner. o��s�9,' , 2. Horizontal coordinates are Dane County Coordinates, U.S. survey feet, NAD83(2007)datum, a w computed from a combined adjustment of total station measurements and RTK GPS "'�c ` ' measurements from the Emil Street base station (MAON) at 43°02'12.78285"N, 89°24'34.27099"W (Fasting 814396.30, Northing 469050.00 U.S. survey feet). The Wisconsin Coordinate Reference "FV ,, Systems(WISCRS) parameters were used to compute Easting, Northing coordinates. See 4-`e 3 http://gis.cityofmadison.com/Madison_GPS/and www.sco.wisc.edu/coordsys/Horizontal 95% 9 uncertainty from adjustment=+/-0.05 ft(from base station) 3. Elevations are in the NAVD88(1991) datum (the original adjustment), determined from the same adjustment as for the horizontal coordinates,from the Emil Street base station at ellipsoid height 815.84 ft(bottom of antenna mount), NAD 83(2011)(EPOCH 2010.00) datum. The GEOID12A geoid model was used with a constant-0.17 ft shift to convert to NAVD 88(1991) elevations. My coordinates for the meander corner are 0.14 ft west, 0.04 ft north and 0.56 ft down compared to Sandsnes 2007 values. Some of the horziontal difference is datum shift. The meander corner is in a marsh and possibly unstable.
