Additional <br /> buried utilities/structures may be encountered. No excavations were made to located utilities. Before excavations are <br /> performed contact Digger's Hotline. <br /> 10) Elevations are based upon NAVD88 datum. City of Sun Prairie provided the top nut of hydrant No. 945 to be <br /> 959.64' (NGVD29). Using WISCORS program to convert to NAVD88, that same hydrant has an elevation of <br /> 959.45'(NAVD88). All elevations shown on this survey are referenced to NAVD88 datum. An on site bench mark was <br /> established on the top nut of the hydrant at the end of Prairie Clover Court approximately 65' east of Lot 101 and <br /> has an elevation of 960.34'. <br /> 11) Arrows indicate the direction of drainage flows in various components resulting from site grading and the <br /> construction of required public improvements. The drainage flow components located in easements shall be maintained <br /> and preserved by the property owner unless approved by the city engineer. Arrows shown on this map are per the <br /> recorded plat of The Uplands. <br /> 12) Subsoil information indicates the presence of ground water conditions that may require basement elevations on <br /> lot(s) 99-107 to be at elevation 955.00 or higher, or that a modified structural plan of the structures foundation shall <br /> be submitted to the building inspector for approval with the application for a building permit as required information. <br /> (PER Doc.
