In our
conversations, we have agreed to disagree over several facets as to the prior discussions.
At this time, I would like to get confirmation from you as to what we have agreed upon.
My current understanding is as follows:
1. I indicated to you that your client's negotiation letter delivered to our
office on August 13, 2015 is rejected by my client.
2. You indicated to me today that your client would be happy if we moved
the building.
3. I indicated to you that my client will be seeking bids for moving the
building. If the concrete foundation is removed, we will also remove it on your client's
property and replace the area with grass seed.
4. The shed and the propane tank that currently exist appear to be on my
client's property, per the survey. I do believe there are setback rules for both of these
items and we fully intend to be in municipal compliance.
5. The driveway portions of my client's property also appear to be within her
property borders and we do not intend to make any changes thereto.
