The rezoned area shall be subject t the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1) -Deed Restrict the property as follows: <br /> a. Restrict further development on parcels #0812-072-9060-3, 0812-072-8560-0, 0812-073-8511-0, <br /> 0812-073-9000-4,0812-073-825 -4,0812-073-9500-9k 0812-063-9180-9 <br /> { b. No more than 1 animal unit per a re pursuant to 10.01(3),DCCO is allowed <br /> { c. There can be no more than 10 to 1 livestock animals per lot. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site.
