I've attached an image from DCiMap with 2' contours <br /> that illustrates that the parcel on in the order of 30' above the level of the creek. I hope this will suffice <br /> to demonstrate that we would not be encroaching on the OHM nor on any flood plain or flood elevation. <br /> If still required,we could make an a.•ditional trip to the site to obtain the OHM remotely. <br /> Fleas let me know if we can send t is on to Water Resources to obtain an Erosion Control Permit.
