Parcel#0706-262-9190-0 <br /> Ms. Grenlie; As per our phone conversation on 4-22-15 about a possible illegal septic system <br /> installation at the above referenced property you stated that Thom Grenlie and his brother <br /> installed a septic system at the above referenced property to serve a new apartment in a pole <br /> building.The following requirements need to be complied with within 30 days. <br /> 1) The illegal septic system that wa0;installed without approved permits must be completely <br /> abandoned. The abandonment must consists of the septic tank being removed or abandoned in <br /> place by pumping all sewage out of the,.septid tank and the septic tank lid removed and the floor <br /> of the septic tank broken up and then the septic tank can be filled with native soil. The septic <br /> drainfield can remain in the ground but cannot be used any time in the future.
