Sauer, Sarah
From: Scott Lee <scottylee84 @gmail.com>
Sent: Monday, August 31, 2015 9:50 PM
To: Sauer, Sarah
Subject: Fwd: Lee Drive
Attachments: Lee Drive Slope.pdf;ATT00001.htm; Lee Union Valley Drive Detail R1.pdf;ATT00002.htm
Begin forwarded message:
From: TCP Chair <tcpchair @tds.net>
Subject: Lee Drive
Date: August 11 , 2015 8:49:10 PM CDT
To: Scott & Kimberly Lee <scottylee84a,gmail.com>
Cc: "tcpclerk tds.net" <tcpclerk@tds.net>
Scott Lee
The Town of Cross Plains Board approve, at their August 11, 2015 meeting, the driveway design for xxxx
Union Valley Road with the following conditions:
a. A variance from Town standard to leave the existing farm road slope (up to 5%) within the road right of way
if TDS does not agree to relocate their line at their expense and there are not significant costs to lower because
of bedrock. No erosion control issues are apparent with existing farm drive.
b. The road meets the town road at town standards and all other town ordinance standards are met.
c. Construction is per Fullcircle Engineering drawings PL1 dated 7/28/15 and PL2 dated 8/8/15 reflecting slope
and drainage in the enclosed drawings.
d. Owner is obligated to repair any future issues with water runoff or erosion onto town road and in right of
way that result from construction of the drive.
This email and attachments will be attached to your earlier Town Driveway application that established the
drive access point.
Best
Greg Hyer
Town Chair
1
