NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMi,NT <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dane County Board of Adjustment <br /> will hold a public hearing in Room 226 (Circuit Court Branch IV), <br /> in the City-County Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Friday, April <br /> 17, 1970 at 7:30 P.M. and a hearing will there be given to any <br /> person interested in any of the matters to be heard. Appellants <br /> and applicants must be present. The matters to be heard are as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. Appeal by Rubert C. Kerl from the denial of a permit <br /> to build a barn on a parcel of land in the SWj4 SW% of <br /> Section 18, Town of Berry. Permit denied because set <br /> back is less than required by the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 2. Appeal by John H. Osborne from the denial of a permit <br /> to build an addition to a building on Lots 3, 4 and 5, <br /> Block 3, Sunnyslope Addition, Town of Madison. Permit <br /> denied because rear yard is less than required by the <br /> Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 3. Appeal by Joe Sarbacker from the denial of a permit to <br /> Cle build an addition to a barn on a parcel of land in the SW% <br /> NWf4 of Section 11, Town of Montrose. Permit denied because <br /> set back is less than required by the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 4. Appeal by Roman Nickolai from the denial of a permit to <br /> build a single family residence on a parcel of land in <br /> the N'h NW* of Section 18, Town of Roxbury (Lot 12, Burr <br /> Oak Heights).
