NOTICE OF APPEAL <br /> DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> c <br /> (I) (WE) Lloyd W. Bloomfield hereby appeal to the Dane <br /> County Board of Adjustment from the decision of the Dane County Zoning Supervisor <br /> to deny a permit to remodel and repair an existing, non-conforming building <br /> on the following described land part of the NWT NEB of Section 32 <br /> in <br /> the Town of Cottage Grove which is located in the C-1 <br /> Commercial Zoning District. <br /> The permit was denied because 10.17 (3)(b) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance <br /> requires that minimum setback shall be 63' from C/L or 30' from ROW whichever is <br /> greater <br /> The proposed building, addition or alteration will provide storage area or <br /> other possible C-1 uses <br /> Strict application of the provisions of the ordinance would produce undue hardship <br /> because the existing foundation is good and has value <br /> The hardship created is unique and not shared by all properties alike in the <br /> neighborhood because existing building is non-conforming <br /> The variance would not change the character of the neighborhood because it <br /> would improve the looks of the property because it is in need of repair. <br /> LJu mA <br /> igne Appellant or Agent / <br /> Ofr1 <br /> Filed: /37 ∎SO A PDY- r .
