NOTICE OF APPEAL DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT (I) (WE) Clarence Kittleson hereb y appeal to the Dane County Board of Adjustment from the decision of the Dane County Zoning Supervisor to deny a permit to build an addition to an accessory building and residence, both are nun-canNruLing on the following described land the South of Lot 18, Richard Standish Replat of Crown Point in the Town of Dunn which is located in the R-3 Residential Zoning District. 10.16 (7)(d); 10.16(5)(a)2. & 10.17 (1) The permit was denied because of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance requires thatShoreland setback of 501 ; Side yard of 5I ; ROW Setback 421 The proposed building, addition or alteration will provide hobby workshop, snowmobile and yard equipment, etc. . Strict application of the provisions of the ordinance would produce undue hardship because in foul weather it is inconvenient to go from one building to the other and frost and snow makes back door inoperable. The hardship created is unique and not shared by all properties alike in the neighborhood because it is the only house adjacent to mobile trailer court and Club Barber boat landing and we would like more privacy.
