NOTICE OF APPEAL DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT (I) (WE) Blaney Farms Inc. hereby appeal to the Dane County Board of Adjustment from the decision of the Dane County Zoning Supervisor to deny a permit to erect two directory signs, 8' X 24' and 10' x 32' on the following described land adjacent to Hwy. 14 in the E1/2 NE24 of Section 1)4 in the Town of Fitchburg which is located in the A-1 Agricultural Zoning District. The permit was denied because 10.42 (1)(a) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance requires that maximum size of directory signs is 96 sq. ft.
