NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> (or DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dane County Board of Adjustment will hold a Public <br /> Hearing in Room 226 (Circuit Court Branch IV) in the City-County Building, Madison, <br /> Wisconsin, Friday November 15, 1974 at 7:30 P.M. and a hearing will there be given to <br /> any person interested in any of the matters to be heard. Appellants and applicants <br /> must be present. The matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> #321. Appeal by David R. Christensen for a Special Exception Permit to construct <br /> a pond adjacent to Blue Nbunds Creek Tributary, in the NEB of Section 8, Township <br /> of Vermont. <br /> #322. Appeal by Howard Peterson for a variance from side yard requirements as <br /> provided by Section 10007 (6) (a) of The Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance <br /> is necessary to permit construction of a residence on Lot 12, Ole J. Quam Park <br /> Addition, Township of Dunn. <br /> #323. Appeal by William Rebholz for a variance from setback requirements as pro- <br /> vided by Section 10.17 (1) (b) of The Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is <br /> necessary to permit construction of an addition to a residence located in the NEB <br /> SWN6 of Section 1, Township of Burke. <br /> . 1 <br /> #324. Appeal by C. Johannsen for a variance from setback requirements as provided <br /> by Section 10.17 (3)(b) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance.
