NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dane County Board of Adjustment will hold <br /> a Public Hearing in Room 226 (Circuit Court Branch IV) in the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin, Friday, February 21, 1975 at 7:30 P.M. and a <br /> hearing will there be given to any person interested in any of the matters <br /> to be heard. Appellants and applicants must be present. The matters to be <br /> heard are as follows: <br /> #335. Appeal by Peter Ripp for a variance from required setback from a <br /> town road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) of the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit an addition to an exist- <br /> ing barn located in Part of the S NE4 SE4 of Section 28, <br /> Township of Vienna. <br /> #336. Appeal by Donald E. Andree for a Special Exception Permit to build <br /> an addition to an accessory building located on a parcel of land <br /> in the NWT SWW of Section 23, Township of Mazomanie. <br /> #337. Appeal by Arthur L. Cummingham for a Special Exception Permit to <br /> construct a pond to be located in the SE%-4-, Sink of Section 35, Town- <br /> ship of Dunkirk. <br /> #338. Appeal by the PrL--nrose Lutheran Church for a variance from <br /> required setback from a town road as provided by Section 10.17 <br /> (3) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance.
