NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dane County Board of Adjustment will hold <br /> a Public Hearing in Room 226 (Circuit Court Branch IV) in the City-County <br /> Building, Madisn, Wisconsin, Friday, April 18, 1975 at 7:30 P.M. and a <br /> hearing will there be given to any person interested in any of the matters <br /> to be heard. Appeal by Stanley Wagner for a variance from setback required on <br /> Church Road as provided by Section 10.17 (3) of the Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit construction of <br /> a residence in part of the NWy SWL4, 'Section 34, Township of Springfield. <br /> #345. Appeal by James Skaar for a variance from setback required on U.S. <br /> Highway 12 as provided by Section 10.17 (1) of the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit an an addition to a non- <br /> conforming residence located in part of the SE4 NE1, Section 35, <br /> Township of Cottage Grove. <br /> #346. Appeal by Harold Bloomfield for a variance from setback required on <br /> S.T.H. 73 as provided by Section 10.17 (1) of the Dane County <br /> Toning Ordinance.
