The existing septic was to be inspected by Environmental Health before allowing the mobile home to be occupied. The zoning permit was issued 7/14 with a condition that a letter must be sent to our department stating the existing septic conditions were OK for reconnect. Please be advised that if the mobile home is in use without an approval from environmental health a citation would be warranted. If the sanitary system has been inspected and approved, please submit the appropriate forms. On Friday,July 10, I conducted a site inspection at your property at 5364 Rocky Hill Rd. A notice was sent to our office from the Town of Springfield Building Inspector, Dean Eppler, that a manufactured home had been replaced on the property and no zoning permit was issued from Dane County. I spoke with a woman claiming to be your daughter-in-law on July 10 on the property,who provided me with your contact emails. Please see the attached zoning violation notice for replacing a single family manufactured home without a zoning permit. A hard copy notice has also been issued in the mail.
