,
Aaron Schauer
From: Todd Schroeder < bschroe2 @yahoo.com>
Sent Monday, September 14, 2015 11:17 PM
To: Aaron Schauer;jas4470 @gmail.com
Cc: Randy Marten; Marsha
Subject: Final touch-ups &minor fixes (Schroeder)
Hi Aaron,
Just giving you a heads up on some minor fixes that I've noticed over the last couple of days
(1)front porch light and can lights at the top of the garage are on 1 switch and the rest of outside can lights are on a 2nd
switch(please correct so 1 switch is for the front porch light and the 2nd switch is for the outside can lights)
(2)There is a nick on the top right drawer in the laundry room ( please touch up with white paint)
(3)There is a nick in the floor by the refrigerator(can this be fixed with touch up pen)
(4)There are some scuffs on stair post(can these be fixed with touch up pen)
(5)The bottom tier of stair lights from living room to basement do not work
(6) Living Room fan does not work. I don't think it's on remote.
(7)There is a staple or nail sticking out on the top of of the master bedroom window sill
(8) Can there be something done with how the rain gutter above our outside patio is set-up. I was hoping that it could
drain directly into the gutter that runs across the back of our garage instead of running onto the garage roof.
(9) how will the worm holes in the bedrooms accommodate cables with no opening at the floor level?
(10)What will our credit be for the decorative landscape stone that was missed?
(11)Our master bathroom originally had a comfort height stool picked out. A standard height was installed. Will we get
a credit? I believe there was a small up-charge when we talked with Ferguson. Not sure if they charged us or not.
(12)there is a wire sticking out of the ground in the front of the house. I marked with some white ribbon
(13)there is some paint on the bottom of the oak woodwork on the door to the garage from the mud room
(14)The single car garage door will not close. Not sure if sensors are dirty or what is tripping the garage door opener
Everything else looks great! Can't wait until Wednesday.
Thanks
Todd
Sent from my iPad
