This plan shows that approximately 1.3 acres of land was <br /> used to create a driveway back to your proposed homesite. Of the remaining acreage, 61 acres has <br /> been accepted into the CRP program beginning April 1999. The balance of the land will be used <br /> for the homesite and for growing strawberries. <br /> The Town of Rutland has approved your farm plan. <br /> It is our understanding that Dane County requires the Town to approve your farm plan before it will <br /> issue the zoning permit needed to build your new home.
