In most cases, the county zoning committee <br /> adds additional conditions to a CUP, or slightly modifies the town conditions to ensure <br /> that they are clear and enforceable. <br /> Please note that the town may not modify the conditions as approved by the <br /> zoning committee at this point in the process. The town must vote to approve or <br /> disapprove the CUP as amended by the zoning committee within 40 days of the <br /> committee's action. <br /> Please schedule this item for your next town board meeting and notify me of <br /> your approval or disapproval of the amended Conditional Use Permit using the <br /> enclosed form by no later than October 19, 2015.
