The Department's <br /> review is based upon emanation of (1) the EH115 report on Soil Borings and <br /> Percolation Tests by certified soil tester, __V. (? C'h irt . <br /> CST# -'l , (2) the ASCS soils maps applicable to the abovedescribed <br /> lands and (3) the results of an on-site inspection by the Department.
