Variance is necessary to permit a sign in part <br /> of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 15, Town of Mazomanie. <br /> #570. Appeal by Stanley Phillips for a variance from maximum accessory build- <br /> ing height as provided by Section 10.12 (3) (a) Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Variance is necessary to permit a 16 foot high accessory building on property <br /> located in part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 23, Town of Vienna. <br /> #571. Appeal by Robert Stauber, Architect, for a variance from required rear <br /> yard as provided by Section 10.05 (8) (a) Dane County Zoning Ordinance.
