DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dane County Board of Adjustment will hold a <br /> public hearing in Room #226 (Circuit Court Branch IV) in the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin Friday May 20, 1977 at 7:30 P.M. and a hearing <br /> will hereby be given to any person interested in any of the matters to be <br /> heard. Appellants and applicants must be present. The matters to be heard <br /> are as follows: <br /> #568. Appeal by Russell Greve for a variance from required setback from the <br /> centerline of C.T.H. "JG" as provided by Section 10.17 (2) Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit an addition to an existing build- <br /> ing located in part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 35, Town of Vermont. <br /> #569. Appeal by Patrons Merchantile, Inc. for a variance from distance re- <br /> quired between signs as provided by Section 10.41 (3) (a) and 10.42 (3) (a) <br /> Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit a sign in part <br /> of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 15, Town of Mazomanie. <br /> #570. Appeal by Stanley Phillips for a variance from maximum accessory build- <br /> ing height as provided by Section 10.12 (3) (a) Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Variance is necessary to permit a 16 foot high accessory building on property <br /> located in part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 23, Town of Vienna. <br /> #571. Appeal by Robert Stauber, Architect, for a variance from required rear <br /> yard as provided by Section 10.05 (8) (a) Dane County Zoning Ordinance.
