DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> rUBLIC HEARING OF OCTOBER 25, 1979 <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dane County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing <br /> in Room #224 (Circuit Court Branch (v) in the City-County Building, Madison, Wisconsin <br /> Thursday October 25, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. and a hearing will there be given to any person in- <br /> terested in any of the matters to be heard. Appellants and applicants must be present. The <br /> matters to be heard are as follows: <br /> #828. Appeal by Gregory G. Brumm for a variance from required setback from road as provided <br /> by Section 10.17 (2) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit an addi- <br /> tion to a residence located at 6240 C.T.H. P in the SW 1/4 - Section 4, Town of Springfield. <br /> #829. Appeal by Roger Docken for a variance from required side and rear yards as provided by <br /> Section 10.12 (6) (a) and 10.12 (7)-(a) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variances are necessary <br /> to permit construction of a residential garage at 2564 Sand Rock Road in the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 - <br /> Section 14, Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> #830. Appeal by American TV for a variance from required parking as provided by Section 10.18 <br /> (4) (d) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit reduced parking area <br /> for a new retail store on Lot #3, C.S.M. #1536 in part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 - Section 34, Town <br /> of Madison. <br /> #841. Appeal by Ronald Furseth for a variance from required setback from road as provided by <br /> Section 10.17 (3) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variance is necessary to permit construction <br /> pf a swimming pool at 1224 Lincoln Road in the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 - Section 6, Town of Dunkirk. <br /> #842. Appeal by Kenneth Laufenberg for a variance from regitred setback from road as pro- <br /> vided by Section 10.17 (2) - Dane County Zoning Ordinance.
