The building shall be made to comply with required setback from <br /> S.T.H. 78 by removal of, at least, that portion of the building <br /> which encroaches into the setback area. <br /> 2) . The Zoning Department shall be notified when the building has <br /> been corrected so that setback compliance may be verified. <br /> 3) . If required setback distance cannot be accurately determined by <br /> the Zoning Department, a licensed surveyor shall be engaged to pro- <br /> vide said verification. <br /> 4) .
