Yes
Remarks:(Include photo numbers here or on a separate sheet)
The plot was in a crop field that, unlike most of the surrounding crop field, was not recently tilled(but has been tilled in past years)because this area was too wet.The surface was mostly bare soil and contained
debris from last year's crop. However there was sparse(roughly 15%)cover of a weed that could not be identified because it was in an early growth stage. It is likely the weed was hydrophytic since the soil,
hydrology and landscape position indicators strongly suggested this site was wetland.Professional judgment was used to assume this site would support hydrophytic vegetation under normal circumstances based
on the soil, hydrology and landscape position indicators(the indicator,Problematic hydrophytic vegetation, was selected as the best fit for this situation).
