Roof restructure is limited to existing building dimensions. <br /> 2). Roof height not to exceed 12 feet above normal high watermark. <br /> 3). That all other necessary government agency approvals be obtained. <br /> (D.N.R.) <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Project is designed to raise door and roof height to accommodate <br /> windshield of applicant's boat. <br /> P. 2). Boathouse height verification will be done by surveyor. <br /> 3). Existing boathouse is non-conforming as to location and addition will not <br /> further encroach. <br /> 4). Variance request for residence is withdrawn as determined by survey to <br /> not be needed. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1).
