Motion carried - 5-0. _ ' <br /> Public hearing portion of meeting notice read by Chairman Harvey to hold <br /> public hearing in Room 2F City-County Building as published by Class II Notice. <br /> Gaskill/Edgar to approve minutes of 3/26 and April 16, 1992. Motion carried - <br /> 5-0. <br /> #2130. Bower/Schkirkie - Dunn - 5/31/91 Public Hearing. <br /> Edgar/Quackenbush to hold appeal in abeyance not beyond July Hearing. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> #2167. Meier GMC - Madison - 10/24/92 Public Hearing. <br /> Quackenbush/Edgar to deny appeal due to applicant's failur to re-appear before <br /> Board, as requested, and applicant's requesting by phone, a withdrawal of <br /> appeal, however, letter not yet received. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> #2233. Ehle - Dunn - 3/26/92 Public Hearing. <br /> Gaskill-Quackenbush to grant, with condition, variance of 12 feet from <br /> required setback to right-of-way of Quam Drive to permit garage addition to <br /> _ existing residence. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1). Subject to the use of eave troughs on proposed addition and suitable <br /> backfill and diversion methods as to prevent addition water burden to <br /> neighbors. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Applicant proposes to take down existing garage too near sideline and <br /> encroaches on required setback. <br /> 2). Garage addition will meet sideyard requirement. <br /> 3). Setback variance is same as that afforded neighbor. <br /> 4). Right-of-way was expanded, from original platting of Quam Drive, which <br /> requires 30 foot setback. <br />
