Appeal by Grant Johnson for a variance from required setback from road <br /> as provided by Section 10.17(3) to permit addition to existing single family <br /> residence at 10231 Mayflower Road in the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 - Section 34, Town of <br /> Blue Mounds. <br /> IN FAVOR: G. Johnson OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board, <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> Gaskill/Quackenbush to grant, with conditions, variance of 8 more or less feet <br /> from requird setback to centerline of Mayflower Road to permit addition <br /> /structural alteration of existing residence as proposed. <br /> CONDITION: <br /> 1) . Proposal is designed to reduce centerline encroachment from what <br /> presently exists. <br /> 1 2) . Proposal is for a 3-season porch to be utilized to expand bible camp <br /> dining and meeting room. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1).
