I have enclosed a letter dated July 31, 1997 which addressed this issue and my <br /> opinion on this matter. The attached letter was in response to Petition#6984 which of <br /> course is the same property in question in your letter dated September 22, 1998. My <br /> position on this matter has not changed since the writing of my opinion in July of 1997. <br /> As previously indicated there is only one building site available on the total twenty acre <br /> parcel. If the intent is to create a second building site on the westerly side of Observatory <br /> Road rezoning would be required for lands on both the westerly and easterly side of <br /> Observatory Road.
