<br /> A complete application for a RAB permit must include the following documents, and must be submitted to .
<br /> the Town Building Inspector before a RAB permit will be reviewed or any related public meetings arc held.
<br /> D Site plan showing the location and size of the proposed RAB and all other structures on the lot, including
<br /> the well and septic system. Aerial photos of lots are available from the Town Clerk.
<br /> ❑ Completed Driveway Inspection Report and permit(if a new driveway is needed). -
<br /> After approval of the RAB by the Building Inspector and the Town, the following documents must be
<br /> submitted to the Town Building Inspector before the Building Permit will be issued.
<br /> ❑ County Erosion Control Plan for the building site, if required by the County.
<br /> Cl County Zoning Permit for building (if required).
<br /> ❑ Wisconsin Administrative Buil.din• Permit A..lication if re.uired).
<br /> I agree to comply with all the applicable codes, statutes and ordinances and with the conditions of this
<br /> permit; understand that the issuance of the permit creates no legal liability, express or implied, on the state
