In your case,a location survey by a <br /> licensed surveyor is required to verify distance from the side lot line and from the front lot line.Please submit this <br /> location survey by mail or hand-deliver to our office,attention to Russell L.Bartlett. Such surveys are not required to provide all the parcel <br /> information set forth by Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter A-E 7.02 Minimum Standards for Property <br /> Surveys item A-E 7.01(2)but may exclude unnecessary information as permitted in A-E 7.01(2)and provide only <br /> the information required by the zoning ordinance but such information must comply with the accuracy standard <br /> required by A-E 7.06 Measurements. <br /> 10.25(3)(a) 1.A location survey as defined herein shall be submitted to the zoning division for all construction, <br /> which will be located less than 10'from required setback lines. The survey shall be done at the time when <br /> foundations or basement walls are completed, or when slab is poured.
