ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3008 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be <br /> amended to include in the R-1 Residence & A--2 Agriculture District <br /> the following described land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> TO R-1: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 8, thence c u t h 1621.21 <br /> feet to the Southwest corner of Lot =:1, Certified Survey #3385 which is the point <br /> of beginning; thence South 280 feet, thence East 400 feet, thence North 233 feet, <br /> thence S 87° 14' W, 401 feet to the point of beginning. TO A-2: Commencing <br /> at the Northwest,corner of Section 8, thence South 1841.21 feet ro the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue South to the South line of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence <br /> East along said South line 400 feet, thence North to a point 400 feet East of <br /> the point of beginning, thence West to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be preapred for approval and recorded.
