My zoning supervisor explained to me
that the information about if you rezone the property to C-2, you will need to only rezone
part of the area of your parcel and we will need a legal description of that area. I
explained to you about an option of rezoning the entire parcel to LC-1. This way, it will
allow you to rezone everything excluding the house. If you go with the C-2, you can not
have the house rezoned. Another thing that was mentioned to me is that it would be
harder to rezone to C-2 rather than LC-1.
I if you stay with the rezone to C-2 we will need a new location (metes and bounds
description of were you will be wanting the rezone without your residence in the C-2
area.
Please let me know your decision as soon as possible. Any questions feel free to
contact me at 266-4993.
Sincerely,
/ /1_____,
Michael Bindl
Zoning Inspector
