The owners of Parcel A and Parcel B shall not be required to share in <br /> the cost of hard surfacing, if any. Any cost sharing with respect to the installation of hard surfacing <br /> i.e. concrete or asphalt, shall be by future agreement of the owners of Parcel A and Parcel B. <br /> MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR: The owners of Parcel A and Parcel B are to keep the driveway <br /> improvements in fit condition and repair at all times,so as to provide efficient access to the respective <br /> parcels served by the driveway. It is intended the driveway will be maintained in such condition so <br /> as to facilitate regular use by vehicles for ingress and egress, which is safe and which condition <br /> permits vehicles to negotiate the driveway at reasonable speeds without danger or damage. The cost <br /> of maintenance, repair or replacement of any sections of the driveway that are used for the mutual <br /> benefit of Parcel A and Parcel B shall be shared equally by the owners of Parcel A and Parcel B. <br /> Maintenance shall include snow removal and sanding/salting to deal with winter driving conditions as <br /> well as replacement and/or grading of gravel as needed <br /> • <br /> Poge.of 3 <br /> • <br />
