The owner(s) of record of any lands that are located within 300 feet of the subject <br /> property. <br /> THEREFORE, the following restrictions are hereby imposed: (Use reverse side or attachment if more space is <br /> needed.) <br /> 1) Deed restrict the property to limit use of the former house as only an office or studio or for other residential <br /> accessory uses, as permitted by Dane County Zoning Ordinances, for the persons occupying the property. <br />
