Replace the existing Kwik Trip logo with a smaller version and add Hot Food <br /> panels. <br /> *Existing manual changeable copy readerboard -replace with electronic message center. <br /> *Existing pole and base will be used,however a second pole and base will be installed and <br /> the sign cabinets will be moved between these 2 poles to achieve a setback of more than <br /> the required 5 feet. <br /> The overall square footage of the signs would be decreased by making these changes as well <br /> as enhancing the look of the sign. <br /> Kwik Trip follows city regulations regarding the use of the message center. The sign would <br /> be used only to advertise activities conducted or goods and services available on the <br /> property on which the sign is located or to present public service information. Kwik Trip <br /> will not display a message for less than 2 seconds and will not repeat a message at intervals <br /> of less than 2 seconds.
