The first, if the copy area is greater than 200 sq ft <br /> then the speed limit would need to be greater than 45 mph. I apologize <br /> that I may not have been clear originally. As well the distance from the <br /> right-of-way needs to be a minimum of 5'. <br /> I did not find a permit for the original sign?
