ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5066 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BURKE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include in the A-B <br /> Agri-Business District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5066: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 24; thence S 87° 47' 10" <br /> West, 1058.31 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue S 87° 47' 10" <br /> West, 309.12 feet; thence N 01° 02' 30" West, 322.75 feet; thence N 81° 19' 04" <br /> East, 288.42 feet; thence S 04° 46' 54" East, 355.54 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Commercial use of the land shall be limited to a trucking business for <br /> the hauling of livestock, farm commodities, fertilizer, feeds or seed. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> CONDITION <br /> 1. A berm with landscape plantings shall be constructed as shown on the <br /> site plan and maintained as specified. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: FEB 1 4 1992 <br />
